How I Got Here
There are a variety of agencies and specialists and a growing number of do-it-yourself website builders (Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, etc.) competing for your business. Selecting the best option for you and your business isn't easy.
I know this because I spent nearly 7 years on the other side of the aisle, where I led and managed a variety of digital marketing campaigns and projects, working closely with a number of different website designers, developers, and agencies on dozens of websites. The many lessons and experiences, the good and the bad, self-inflicted and unavoidable, ultimately inspired me to do better.

The Process
What To Expect
Because each project is unique, we work through to a series of important planning tasks and exercises to ensure we're creating the right solution for you. And, because a commitment to complete transparency is at the core of everything we do, you’ll know what it is we’re working on and why.

Research & Discovery
Every project is unique and before beginning any design work we'll review and document your business objectives, evaluate your competitors, including what they do well and where opportunities might exist, identify key stakeholders and target audiences, and more.
Design & Development
Adhering to your branding guidelines and design preferences, as well as other considerations we identify during research and discovery, we'll create wireframes and page mockups for review and feedback, eventually converting static designs to a live, fully functional staging website.
Testing & Training
We'll spend as much time as needed testing your website in its staging environment to ensure that it's working as expected and looks great on computers, laptops, tablets and phones. We'll also provide one-on-one training so that you confidently make edits and updates to your site with on your own.
Launch & Support
With testing completed, we'll move your site from staging to production, making it accessible to anyone with Internet access. While your site will be completely accessible to you and your team to manage and maintain, we offer different packages for clients who prefer to have someone else handle ongoing maintenance and content management-related needs.
